Once your project is approved with the city, we can help you build your project by overseeing construction and making sure the hired contractor or individuals adhere to approved plans and we can also handle scheduling of inspections, answering and clarifying any questions or concerns that arise, work with construction crew to trouble shoot, etc. 

Basically, we help run the project and serve as your point of contact.
